30DayDiabetesCure

This is the hub for the posts and reviews I have writen about the book 30-Day Diabetes Cure, by Jim Healthy.

This is chapter 13 (part II) of my book “DIABETES. A world of possibilities”, which I’m publishing here for free. You can access all chapters of the book published until now here. There are a variety of diets and treatments, from hundreds or thousands of years ago to the present day, to treat diabetes. Some have been more studied than others, and others have been passed from generation to generation by word of mouth and collective experience. Now I will mention the different ways of understanding and treating diabetes which I have been studying and applying during these 15 years of research. I will summarize very briefly what each one is about, since explaining each of them in depth would make this book twice as long. Let me start with the diets for diabetes mentioned in the comparative table from last week: Dr. Stefan Ripich and Jim Healthy holistic diet (book […]

This is chapter 11 of my book “DIABETES. A world of possibilities”, which I’m publishing here for free. You can access all chapters of the book published until now here. This is a subject of much controversy, especially between proponents of allopathic medicine and alternative medicine advocates. These differences are based on the experience of each of them, and their intentions. Allopathic medicine, with its treatments, has never been able to cure someone with diabetes, nor return sugar levels to normal without medication (type 2 diabetes) and they say that this disease has no cure. Alternative medicine—more natural and holistic—on the other hand, has always been more open to treat the disease in different ways, and in many cases they did reverse diabetes in patients with the disease (especially type 2, and to a lesser degree type 1). These “cures” are usually denied by allopathic medicine practicioners or they say that […]

Just in case you didn’t heard about the one million ex-diabetics campaign organized by Jim Healthy, I wanted to write a quick shout out for you. What is the 1 million ex-diabetics (“1MILX”) campaign? Type 2 diabetes is the fastest-spreading medical condition on the planet today – and the largest financial burden on the world’s health care systems. Currently, at least 10 percent of the world’s population has been diagnosed with this condition. But the scarier statistic is that three times as many people are walking around with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes unaware. Even worse: Type 2 is now attacking children in unprecedented numbers (this used to be an adults-only condition.) This explosion of Type 2 among children is the reason why some experts afirm that kids born after the year 2000 will be the first generation in the history of humanity to have a shorter lifespan than their parents. That’s […]

As a follow up to my recent blog post titled “The 30 Day Diabetes Cure Review” I wanted to give some extra insight into what can you expect from this book and from this diet/plan. Therefore, I asked someone in the sales team of this book if I could use some of the information revealed in the book in my blog. They agreed, so here you have and overview of what to expect from Dr. Ripich and Jim Healthy’s diabetes cure plan (I wrote it literally as it appears in the book.) I hope this encourages you, as it did with me, to give it a try. The 30-Day Diabetes Cure Structure: PHASE ONE: Blood Sugar “Boot Camp” “This is the strictest stage of the plan. During the first 10 days, you‘re going to go “cold turkey” off all the diabetes-causing foods, beverages, and bad habits that have been making you […]

By Charlie G ❘ 2011

After some years of research, trying and writing about all possible treatments to cure diabetes, I recently stumbled upon a magnific source of information for all of us, searching hopelessly for guidance and/or a therapy to heal our diabetes, be it type 1 or type 2. The book is called “The 30 Day Diabetes Cure” (The drug-free solution to America’s #1 health crisis), by Dr. Stefan Ripich, ND, CNP and Jim Healthy (America’s Health Coach) as co-author. In this post I’m going to review this book, explain what I like about it and what I don’t, and hope that this will help you decide whether you too want to give it a try or not. First of all, I don’t know about you, but I do care a lot about my health and the potential consequences of my diabetes. For many years (soon it will be 13 years since I […]
